Set against the backdrop of rising interest in circular economy solutions, the event will explore the fast-developing field of chemical recycling, a technology seen as crucial to overcoming the limitations of mechanical plastics recycling.

According to organisers, core themes include developments in chemical recycling technologies and real-world implementation, industrial scale-up challenges, financing chemical recycling projects in Europe, feedstock sourcing and value chain collaboration, and regulatory updates, standards, and certification systems.

Held at nHow Brussels Bloom, the event comes at a critical time for the industry, as European stakeholders face mounting pressure to meet recycling targets by 2025 and beyond.
